The ability to accept multiple payment methods, securely, is vital to the success of your pet shop. If you don’t accept a particular payment type, you’ll lose the sale. If the payment is, well, questionable, you’ll lose the money. ARBAPRO protects your business, offering a variety of ways to process customer payments, safely, securely and efficiently; all fully integrated into your ARBAPRO POS system and cash register.
Credit Card Authorization: Credit card and debit card transactions are quick, easy and completely integrated with ARBAPRO’s cash register. Swipe the credit or debit card, or enter numbers manually for phone orders. Reporting tools provide a broad range of information, and allow you to monitor bank deposits and review current retrieval requests and chargebacks.
ARBA Retail Systems uses PCCharge™ by VeriFone as our processing devise for PC based payment processing solutions. PCCharge ™ is a PA-DSS validated solution that features many security safeguards and anti-fraud controls.
Pin Pads: Accept Credit Cards or Debit Cards at your ARBAPRO PET STORE Cash Register. Counter mount swivel stand option available. Save money on your credit card fees! PIN pads open opportunities for debit card payments that require customers to enter a personal identification number (PIN).
Check Authorization: Integrated check verification allows you to reduce the costs associated with returned checks, and does it fast and efficiently, without slowing customer throughput! Check readers integrate seamlessly into ARBAPRO registers, and require little or no clerk retraining. Check transactions are electronically processed quickly and easily for authorization. The sale is completed by running the check through a check reader, and checks are verified by account number, driver license number and telephone number. Check verification requires installation of PC-Charge.
Accounts Receivable / House Charges: ARBAPRO PET STORE SOFTWARE offers Accounts Receivable, or House Accounts, for added customer convenience and increased pet store sales revenue. This optional module completely automates this payment method, with fast and secure throughput at the register and with automatically generated reports and billing statements. Credit limits are defined by customer; you specify the maximum purchasing limit for an account! The register immediately notifies the cashier if the customer has exceeded his purchasing limit. And only management can override a purchasing limit at the ARBA register.
House charges provide both a customer receipt and a signature receipt. At end of day register close, these transactions add up on your X and Z and End of Day reports as one more elegant, separate payment type.
This module is ideal for tank maintenance services, school education accounts, or any other local billable service related to your pet store business.
ARBAPRO Gift Cards: Your ARBAPRO cash register can sell ARBA gift cards as easily as it sells any other item. Just scan the ARBA gift card, and enter the amount you’re selling the gift card for, and ARBAPRO takes over, tracking the amount placed on the card, with purchasing history. Unused amounts remain on the gift card and can only be spent at your store. There are no surcharges applied to reduce the customer’s value.
Split Tenders: Of course, ARBAPRO PET STORE SOFTWARE allows you to process any combination of split-tenders at the cash register. Merchandise exchanges may also be handled in one simple transaction. |
