Our Accounts Receivable / Payroll Deductions option is designed for the business enterprise that provides employee services in the form of company stores and cafeterias, and allows employees to purchase and defer payments against future payroll accumulation. ARBAPRO POS system lets you speed payroll deduction sales at the register, increase Payroll Deduction revenue, and completely automate the payroll deduction process.
ARBAPRO POS Payroll Deductions software records charges, payments, and adjustments to customer accounts. Those customers are typically employees, but may also include other entities such as departments or interns. Employees or customers are identified through a variety of badge readers: proximity, magnetic swipe, bar coded badge scanning or manual entry of an up to 16-digit customer number. You’ll have a selectable display/print of old balance, new balance, or available credit. The system provides an audit trail with item level purchasing information, charge and payment history.
Credit Card Authorization
Your ARBAPRO POS Point of Sale system processes credit and debit card payments quickly and easily, all completely integrated with your ARBAPRO cash register. You’ll simply swipe the credit or debit card, or enter numbers manually for phone orders. ARBA Retail Systems point of sale software uses PCCharge™ by VeriFone as our processing devise for PC based payment processing solutions. PCCharge ™ is a PA-DSS validated solution that features many security safeguards and anti-fraud controls.
