Here’s a great feature that accompanies the long list of wonderful things ARBAPRO POS software can do for your retail business. Your ARBAPRO cash register can sell gift cards as easily as it sells any other item. Gift cards are easy for the clerks to sell; just scan the bar code on the back of the gift card, enter the amount the gift card is being purchased for, and ARBAPRO POS software takes over. To use the gift card, begin by ringing the items for purchase. When the beneficiary presents the gift card, just scan it to apply the amount of the card to the sale. ARBAPRO POS software will leave any unused amount on the card, and you may easily identify the remaining amount by scanning the card at the cash register. If the purchased gift card is being applied to a purchase amount greater than the value of the gift card, ARBAPRO allows you to accept split tenders. You may also view and print reports on gift cards outstanding and used.
 We offer generic gift cards and custom gift cards. Generic gift cards are sold in minimum lots of 100 cards. Customized cards are also available in minimum lots of 500 – you must supply the artwork. If you’re planning on supplying large numbers of pre-loaded gift cards to groups, our pre-load software feature will save you valuable time.
Our Gift card carriers are an elegant way to package any gift card. Choose from several designs. Gift card carriers are available in minimum quantities of 500.

Art Disks: It is preferred that artwork be provided in a digital format whenever possible. Provide composite and color separated printouts, and name of program used. Disks should include original art file and all important graphic files. We accept either MAC or IBM compatible disks (preferably MAC). We can accept files in MAC or PC format on 3 ½” disks or 100MB Zip Disks. Please include all fonts used (screen and postscript for Type 1). If we do not have a font or an acceptable substitute, you may be charged for the purchase of the font.
Finished Size:
We offer a variety of sizes and shapes, but the basic card and key tag size is;
Card: 2-1/8” X 3-3/8”
Key Tag: 1-1/8” X 2 5/8” or 1” X 2-1/8”
All images/artwork on NON-BLEEDING cards MUST fit within 1/8” of the edge of all products.
Screens: We print using 133-line screen value.
Reverse Lettering: Reproduce all reverse lettering with a minimum of colors. Use key colors for shape and letters and make lettering in subordinate colors slightly larger than key color to reduce register problems. All reverse art including line type must be large enough to prevent fill-in on press. Reverse type SHOULD be in Sans Serif Font ( i.e.Helvetica, Avant Garde, etc.)
Bleeds :Bleeds are NOT available for key tags. Bleeds on Member Cards must extend at least ¼” beyond the finished edge of the card. Please try to keep text of card 1/8” from die cut area.
